Who provides Ferrea

Ferrea is provided by Ludovico Allega. For any communication: allegaludovico@gmail.com.

What Ferrea is

Ferrea is an app to log gym workouts, follow a plan and see your progress. At this stage it is free and in testing: features and look may change, and the service may have interruptions. We recommend downloading a copy of your data from time to time (You, Your data and privacy).

Your account

Health and training

Ferrea is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Goals, loads and suggestions shown by the app are automatic calculations based on your data, not personalized instructions. Before starting or changing a training program, especially if you have health problems, consult a doctor. You train at your own risk and following your gym's rules.

Personal trainers

The personal trainers on Ferrea are independent professionals. Ferrea lets you contact and link to them, but does not provide the training service and is not a party to agreements between you and the trainer.

Your content

The data and files you enter remain yours. You authorize us to store and process them only to make the app work, as described in the privacy policy. Only upload files you have the right to use, for example the plan your trainer gave you for personal use.

Fair use

Do not use Ferrea to break the law or violate others' rights, do not try to access other users' data and do not overload the service. In these cases we may suspend the account.

Liability

We do our best for Ferrea to work well and for your data to be safe, but we cannot guarantee the service will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for the loss of data you did not back up. Your consumer rights under the Italian Consumer Code and the mandatory laws of your country of residence are always preserved.

Changes

If we change these terms in an important way we will tell you in the app. If you don't agree you can delete your account at any time.

Governing law

Italian law applies. For disputes with a consumer, the court of the place where the consumer resides has jurisdiction.
